REFERRAL AGREEMENT DETAILS

All referrals submitted are subject to pre-qualification. In order to process referrals timely, we need all required fields to be filled out when submitting the form online, blank fields may result in the delay of processing. Referrals will be placed immediately on receipt, always within 24 hours of submission on weekdays and within 48 hours of submission on weekends. Once placed, you will receive an email with the name and contact information of the receiving agent. This agent will keep you informed and updated on the progress of the referred client. Thank you for trusting United Relocation and Referral with your valuable client.

Referring Agent/Broker acknowledges that the United Relocation and Referral Network provides a seamless service through UC-SCS. To cover administrative costs of the program, UC-SCS charges a 35% referral fee to the Receiving Agent/Broker. In the event Receiving Agent/Broker receives a commission or other payment for services rendered in connection with a real estate transaction consummated involving the Referred Client, Referring Agent/Broker will be entitled to a 25% referral fee, on the referred side of the transaction only. Referrals with a value of 100k or less; the referral fee may be negotiated to a lower amount or waived. 0% referral fee is paid on rental referrals. Referring agent remains responsible for any fees owed to his/her brokerage.
